I recently took part in the 4 part online relaxation sessions and thoroughly enjoyed them. Having a scheduled session really forced me to take time out for myself – I would definitely recommend it!

Loved the relaxation classes.  It was nice having an explanation of the stress bucket and some top tips for keeping good mental health at the beginning of the class.  I found the session really great to help unwind after a busy day.

Smoking

I tried hypnotherapy last year to help me quit smoking and guess what I have.
I highly recommend this if you’re going to quit smoking for health or other reasons and are finding it hard. This will really help that transition into it with ease .

Self Limiting Beliefs

I went to see Joelle to improve my overall well-being. I was stressed and couldn’t relax. Also I didn’t sleep well. I must say she works miracles! My sleep has improved considerably and I’m so much more self confident and happy in my own skin.

Work Related Stress

I completed a couple of sessions with Joelle to help me overcome the stresses of my job which were increasing my anxiety. When Joelle talked me through various anxiety reducing exercises and really helped me to understand the workings of the mind.  The calmness in her voice put me at ease immediately and I was able to relax and follow everything she said. Exam Stress

After experiencing stress and anxiety prior to taking an exam I was recommended to book sessions with Joelle. She was able to cater to my needs in regards to this issue I was having, tailoring sessions to aim specifically for exam stress and anxiety, as a result of the techniques and advice provided by Joelle I was able to manage my stress and anxiety to go in with a better mind set to enable me to pass my exam. Alongside this main reason for booking sessions she was also able to improve my day to day outlook on life and be more Confident and positive about my future plans career wise and personally.
Joelle is very easy to talk to and speak openly about what I wanted to work on. She’s always positive towards the end result.

I went to see Joelle as I was experiencing work related stress and was struggling to sleep. Joelle gave me an explanation of how the mind works in relation to stress and I completed a course of 6 sessions online via zoom. I’m sleeping so much better now and now have all the tools to manage my stress levels. Joelle has changed my life and really helped me to live a more positive life
