My Therapy Room in Bristol

This is where I see my lovely clients in my relaxing therapy room and online. The first 30 minutes of the session consists of Solution Focused talking therapy where I will help you to positively move towards your personal goals. The second half is where you will lie down and relax on my therapy couch with a warm blanket and pillows surrounded by the aroma of essential oils.

We will then consolidate the session with hypnosis. I will guide you into a state of focused attention and deep relaxation. Hypnosis allows direct access to the subconscious mind which becomes more receptive to positive suggestions. This is where the rewiring of your brain happens and your brain will grow new neural pathways allowing you to create positive and lasting change. I provide a safe judgement free space where you can be yourself. You will find each session very positive, incredibly relaxing and empowering.
