Group Guided Relaxation Classes In Bristol

I am excited to announce that the next course of online group relaxation sessions will start on Sunday 16th July at 8 pm.  Following dates for the course will be 23rd July, 30th July and 6th August.

This is a lovely opportunity for you to take some time for you and allow your mind and body to unwind and drift into a state of pure relaxation.

Some of the lovely benefits of guided relaxation include the following:

Each session will focus on a different theme such as float away stress and anxiety, utilise your inner strengths, build confidence and positivity, and goal setting.

Sessions will last around 30 minutes and I will be offering block bookings of 4 sessions for just £40.  If there is a session that you cannot make one week, I will be able to send you the recorded version so you will not miss out.  For this reason bookings are non refundable.

All you need is yourself, some comfy clothes and a good WIFI connection.  What better way to start your week feeling relaxed and in calm positive mindset.
