Joelle has been helping me with chronic insomnia and anxiety responses for the last few weeks. The difference I have seen in my sleep and mood in such a short space of time is incredible, and not something I would have thought possible. Joelle is very knowledgeable and has sent me lots of additional information and techniques to use outside of sessions to aid my progress. The sessions have helped me reframe my thoughts and notice the positives, and just be more calm and confident. Anxiety and Emotional Eating
I previously had treatments for anxiety before I started visiting Joelle. However, I wanted something that will give me the tools to handle it myself in the long term. Her techniques helped me to respond to every day situations that I used to struggle with in a more rational and constructive way. Now I face them without fear, drama or catastrophising.
I have continued my treatment and signed up to her weight management programme. My emotional eating was making me put on weight and feel lethargic and fatigued. I have now lost weight and become more active. I now feel energetic and my mood has improved massively!

I recently decided to return to Joelle Le Van hypnotherapy to embark on her Weight Management Programme as I wanted to lose some weight and take control of my sugar cravings. I have come to the end of the programme and so happy with the results. I have lost a considerable amount of weight and feeling really strong. Joelle has helped me to build exercise back into my daily routine. The hypnotherapy sessions have also helped me to change my mindset around food and she gave me lots of useful tools to beat any sugar cravings. Since doing the programme, I have lost a stone and now exercising 4-5 times a week. I handle stress so much better now and have really learnt how to relax.
