Anxiety and Emotional Eating

I previously had treatments for anxiety before I started visiting Joelle. However, I wanted something that will give me the tools to handle it myself in the long term. Her techniques helped me to respond to every day situations that I used to struggle with in a more rational and constructive way. Now I face them without fear, drama or catastrophising. I have continued my treatment and signed up to her weight management programme. My emotional eating was making me put on weight and feel lethargic and fatigued. I have now lost weight and become more active. I now feel energetic and my mood has improved massively! Joelle thanks so much for making me a happy person!!!
