Insomnia and Depression

I have suffered with negative thoughts over the last two years causing a serious lack of sleep and bad moods. I sought the help of a qualified councillor over a few months which did help to an extent but I still continued to have sleep and mood issues. I then looked on line to try to find what else I could try to help resolve my issues. I came across the website "Joelle Le Van Hypnotherapy" and after reading reviews decided to contact Joelle who arranged an initial zoom meeting followed by weekly face to face appointments. I found that after the first face to face session there was an immediate improvement in the quality of my sleep and moods. I had two further face to face sessions by which time my sleep, moods and general happiness were transformed in a very positive way. At this point we decided that we didn't need to continue with more appointments but I could make contact if required in the future if I felt the need for further help. For me, the whole experience has been transformational.
