Sports Performance and Anxiety

I started seeing Joelle for anxiety based issues. After a few weeks work I was able to identify some underlying triggers which I hadn't really considered before. After a lengthy session specifically geared towards previous trauma, I was able to not only put myself into a situation facing the triggers head on, but I was able to perform my sport to a high-level and have fun doing it. I previously thought I wasn't "good enough" but this wasn't the case at all. Joelle has helped me see that I am good enough and also acknowledged my abilities without self- deprecation. My anxiety is reducing, and my self belief is increasing - my sessions are ongoing, and I am seeing positive results in my day to day life as well as in specific situations - I would highly recommend Joelle
