Confidence and problem solving

I contacted Joelle as she had been recommended to me by a friend. Instantly I felt at ease and her enthusiasm to help me gave me great confidence. She didn’t judge me on my issue, just helped me to find a way to solve my problem. We did everything on line and I was really impressed how easy she made it. I was given an explanation on why I was feeling like I do and she also made me a guided relaxation recording to listen to each evening. Not only has my problem lessened dramatically, I am also sleeping so much better and feel so much more confident. I would highly recommend Joelle, she is not just a professional, but a lovely caring lady too. Thank you so much !!
